Spring cleaning

While nations are encouraging social distancing and self isolation, it's easy for us to let things get a little crazy around the house.

A great way to feel productive and pass the time is by cleaning your home and preparing for the new Spring season.

One way too look at Spring cleaning is that you are basically refreshing your space. One of the most tedious processes this time of year is getting rid of clutter that you don't need. Spring is the time to throw out old furniture and replace it with something beautiful and new; like an area rug, a new coffee table, or a console table.

Fresh flowers are an excellent way to add colour and freshness to any room. Try switching out the covers on your throw pillows, and introducing pastels colors for a playful approach, or millennial pink for a feminine touch.

Another option is to change your accent wall colour - maybe use wallpaper with interesting floral print.

A clean house is important for the health and well-being of your entire family. Like the saying says, a clean home is a healthy home.
