DECORIUM Twitter Party prizing ("Contest") is open to persons who reside within Canada , and have reached the age of majority in the Province of Ontario (18 years of age) as of the date of entry for the Contest with the following exceptions: employees and retirees of DECORIUM and its affiliates ("DECORIUM"), partners, suppliers, representatives, agents, advertising and promotional agencies, the independent contest agency if any, and the household members and Immediate Family of any of the above are not eligible to participate in the Contest. For the purpose of these Contest Rules, "Immediate Family" means spouse, mother, father, brother, sister, son or daughter, whether or not they reside in the same household. HOW TO ENTER: 2. No purchase necessary. To enter the Contest, participate in the #DECORIUM Twitter party on October 25th 2016, between 12-1 EST using the hashtag #DECORIUM 3. All tweets must be posted during the "Twitter Party beginning at 12:00:01 p.m. EST on October 25th and ending on October 25th at 1:00:00 p.m. ("Contest Closing Date"). 4. By entering this Contest, entrants agree to grant a perpetual, irrevocable, paid-up right and license to use, copy, distribute and publish the entrant's submission(s), in whole or in part, without restrictions or limitations, in connection with this Contest and any DECORIUM marketing collateral in any advertising medium, for any purpose which DECORIUM deems appropriate. 5. Entries that are incomplete, late, lost, and/or irregular in any way or sent by an unauthorized method are automatically void and will not be eligible or accepted. Entries will only be accepted as described herein and will not be accepted by any other means. 6. By entering the Contest, entrants agree to be bound by these Contest Rules. THE PRIZES 7. DECORIUM (individually a "Prize", collectively the "Prizes"). Decorium will be awarding four (4) winners each with a $250 Decorium Gift card which can be used at Decorium stores or online. Winners will be chosen by random selection from Twitter party participants. 8. The Prizes must be accepted as awarded, and may not be assigned, transferred, substituted, exchanged, refunded or redeemed for cash value. DECORIUM reserves the right to substitute a Prize with an item of equivalent or greater retail value in the event that a Prize is unavailable due to circumstances beyond DECORIUM control. Winners will be chosen by the party host @shopdecorium. SELECTION PROCESS 9. Winners will be chosen randomly from those participating in the Twitter party using the hashtag #DECORIUM WINNER CONFIRMATION 10. Selected entrants will be notified via their winning social profile. Selected entrants will receive a private message with a claim form to complete. 11. If the selected entrant has not completed the claim for by (3) days of the Twitter party, he/she will be disqualified and will not receive any Prize, and another eligible entry will be selected from the remaining eligible entries received until such a Winner is confirmed. AWARDING OF PRIZES 12. Prizes will only be delivered to confirmed Winners. Please allow four (4) to six (6) weeks for delivery. 13. Selected entrants are subject to verification by DECORIUM and/or its designated representatives, in their sole discretion. 14. Refusal by an entrant to accept the Prize or any part of the Prize releases and forever discharges DECORIUM and its agents from all obligations related to the Prize, including delivery. The Winner is solely responsible for all expenses which are not included in the Prize description above. GENERAL RULES 15. By entering the Contest, entrants consent to the use of their personal information for the purposes described as follows. All entries become the property of DECORIUM and none will be returned. By completing the entry form, all entrants consent to the collection, use, and distribution of their personal information by DECORIUM for the purposes of administering the Contest and for any purpose required or permitted by law.
