The proper scale is extremely important when you design any room.

One improper sized piece of furniture can ruin even the most beautiful design.

In order to place your pieces of furniture correctly, it is a good idea to first do the floor plan.

At Decorium we have a special computer program where you can organize the room according to the size of pieces.

When you sketch out a room, you realized the different configurations available for it, as well as the proportion of the items that you need. Once you are aware of your options, you can decipher what is most suitable for your life style. For example, you can choose whether you want 2 sofas and 2 chairs, a sectional and 1 chair, sofa and loveseat, etc.

The whole idea is to set up your space with the right amount of furniture so that you can enjoy your room.

If you feel overwhelmed, you can always contact one of our design specialists and we will discuss your needs, sketch the rooms for you and help you put them together with beautiful furniture and accessories.
