Here’s how it works:

The first time we meet, we’ll have a one-on-one consultation with one of our expert designers at the store to discuss your needs, budget, and style, whether you're furnishing an entire home or refreshing a single room. If you're unable to come in, we can also arrange a virtual call.

Based on our discussion, we’ll decide together if we need to visit your home to take measurements and photos of the space. After that, we'll prepare furniture layouts, mood boards, and colour schemes, selecting the perfect furniture to meet your needs.

We will present everything to you at the store and make any necessary changes. Once it's approved, you can make the final decision and proceed with the purchase.
